WeGo Public Transit has launched WeGo Link, a service that connects riders with discounted rideshare vehicles to travel between their homes and designated bus stops. The program addresses the final leg of a commute by allowing passengers to request a ride directly to a transit point rather than walking or driving.

The service uses the Uber app for scheduling. Riders must download a reusable voucher to access the discounted rate. The voucher applies to all service zones except South Nashville. In the South Nashville zone, rides are currently free until further notice.

For passengers who require an accessible vehicle or prefer to pay with cash, WeGo has partnered with two local providers. Mobility Solutions can be reached at 615-844-3399. zTrip handles cash payments and accessible requests at 629-294-4447. These options ensure that riders without smartphones or with mobility needs can still access the service.

WeGo Link operates only at specific locations. Trips must start and end at one of the designated stops listed by the transit agency. The service is divided into zones to manage eligibility and routing. Each zone has a set of approved transfer locations.

In East Nashville, eligible stops include the Adventure Science Center, Chestnut Station, and the intersection of 8th Avenue South and Argyle Avenue. The Antioch zone serves Murfreesboro Pike and Bell Road, as well as the Southeast Community Center. Bellevue residents can use the Bellevue Park and Ride, the Charlotte Pike Walmart, and the intersection of Harding Pike and Harding Place.

Other zones cover major corridors such as Brick Church Pike, where Dickerson Walmart and Dickerson Pike and Ewing Drive serve as hubs. The Goodlettsville zone includes Madison Station and Rivergate Station. In the South Nashville zone, riders can use Nolensville Pike and Ocala, or Nolensville Pike and Welshwood, to connect with free rides.

The full list of eligible stops is available on the WeGo website. Riders can check the service map to verify if their specific trip qualifies for the discounted rate. The program aims to make public transit accessible for those who find walking to a bus stop challenging.
