Cumulus Media Nashville and The Salvation Army Nashville Area Command have announced the 19th annual Toy Field event. The holiday toy collection is scheduled for Tuesday, December 8, 2026. It will take place at Nissan Stadium in Nashville. Residents of Middle Tennessee are invited to bring new toys for children of all ages to the venue.

The collection will be held from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. in the South End Zone Plaza at 1 Titans Way. Curbside donations will be accepted in Lot K on the southern side of the stadium. This lot is accessible from Victory Lane. Volunteers will assist donors in unloading vehicles throughout the day.

The proceeds from the collection support The Salvation Army’s Forgotten Angels Program. Major Stephanie Mockabee, Area Commander for The Salvation Army Nashville Area Command, explained that the program addresses last-minute gaps in gift provision. She noted that Angel Tree gifts are sometimes not returned or that new needs arise close to the holiday.

“Toy Field plays an important role in making sure no child is forgotten at Christmas,” Mockabee said. “The toys collected through Toy Field help us fill those gaps through our Forgotten Angel program, giving our team the resources to make sure every child we serve has gifts waiting for them on Christmas morning. It is a wonderful example of our community coming together to make sure every child feels seen, remembered and cared for.”

Allison Warren, Vice President of Cumulus Media Nashville, emphasized the importance of providing consistent holiday experiences for local families. She stated that the event allows the organization to provide moments of joy and surprise to children who might otherwise lack them.

“There are a lot of kids in our community who won’t have the same holiday experience many of us take for granted unless someone steps in to help,” Warren said. “It’s about making sure every child gets to have that childlike moment of joy, surprise, and wonder that makes this season so special. We love that our listeners, partners, and neighbors continue to rally around The Salvation Army’s Forgotten Angel program year after year.”

Warren added that the visual impact of the stadium filled with donations serves as a reminder of community cooperation. She described the scene as a powerful indicator of what can happen when neighbors share a common goal. The event relies on the continued participation of Cumulus listeners and local partners to meet its annual targets.

Rich Pharris, Promotions Director at Cumulus Nashville, is the point of contact for additional information about the event. He can be reached by phone at (615) 312-3490 or by email at Rich.Pharris@cumulus.com. The next major step in the process is the physical collection of toys on December 8 at Nissan Stadium.
