Audio Chateau Records announced Monday that it has secured $9 million in Series A funding. The Nashville-based music label said it will use the capital to expand its operations during its next growth phase.

The label plans to integrate music distribution with content production, commercial brand partnerships, live entertainment, and media projects. This strategy aims to help artists build businesses beyond their recordings.

Julie Gauthier, Ben Lurie, and Jonathan Schulman provided the private equity investment for this round. Jason “Poo Bear” Boyd, a producer and songwriter, will join the company as an advisor as it implements its new growth strategy.

Jared Gutstadt, who founded the label in 2024, stated that he sees a clear shift toward creator culture. He believes the next generation of successful artists will build enterprises larger than their music catalogs. The funding allows the company to sign more talent and create new ways for artists to be discovered.

Audio Chateau Records also maintains an office in Los Angeles. The company is owned by Audio Up Media, which is based in L.A. Gutstadt previously founded Jingle Punks, a music licensing and publishing firm. He also created Rebel Audio, an AI podcasting company that recently closed a Series A round targeting $10 million, valuing the platform at more than $50 million.
