Five region titles decided in final regular season week

Five TSSAA region titles will be decided this Friday as the high school football regular season reaches its final week.

Playoffs begin next week, making these games critical for seeding and regional supremacy.

In 5A Region 5, the undefeated Nolensville Knights (9-0) host the Page Patriots (8-1).

The winner will claim the 5A Region 5 crown in what is billed as the Game of the Week.

Williamson County hosts the Battle of the Woods, with Ravenwood and Brentwood meeting for the 6A Region 6 title.

Both teams enter the matchup with identical 5-0 records within the region.

In Nashville, the Oakland Patriots and Riverdale Warriors face off on Riverdale’s home field.

The victor will secure the 6A Region 3 title in a long-standing local rivalry.

East Robertson hosts East Nashville in 2A Region 6.

The Indians denied the Eagles the regional crown last year, and this Friday marks the rematch.

WSMV4 will air highlights from these contests and other regional games on Touchdown Friday Night at 10:15 p.m. Friday.

Players and coaches will prepare for these decisive contests during the final days of the regular schedule.
