Residents of the Triple Crown subdivision in Mount Juliet experienced a sharp change to their quiet Tuesday morning when the Federal Bureau of Investigation executed a search and arrest warrant at a home on War Admiral Drive. The operation began at 6 a.m., waking nearby families with loud noises and the presence of federal agents.

One neighbor described the sequence of events, stating that four loud bangs roused the household. Upon looking outside, they observed agents at the residence. The resident recalled hearing agents shout, “This is the FBI. Come out with your hands up, and then get away from the door. We are breaching the door.” The neighbor added that the noise was very loud and audible from the back of the neighborhood.

The targeted house is a rental property. According to neighbors, multiple families have lived inside the home over the past year. Residents reported being shocked to see dozens of officers surrounding the structure, a sight they noted is very unlike anything that typically goes on in the area. Another resident emphasized that the neighborhood is usually quiet, making the sudden federal presence concerning to those living there.

Law enforcement personnel departed the area closer to 11 a.m. During the operation, neighbors said they were informed there was no immediate threat to people living nearby. The FBI confirmed the execution of the warrant on Tuesday morning but has not yet released details regarding who or what the agents were specifically looking for.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office is expected to provide further information on the operation. Until additional details are released, the specific objectives of the search and arrest warrant remain unknown to the public and local residents.

The scene on War Admiral Drive returned to normalcy by late morning. Agents left the subdivision without further incident reported by neighbors. The rental home remains the focus of the federal inquiry, with the U.S. Attorney’s Office holding the next step in the public release of information.
